I worked a long time on this and I'm really happy with it.
I used Cinema4d (The model of the Citadel), Vue and Photoshop.
The original concept is from a production sketch for the Doctor Who series (sketch made by Peter McKinstry).

ive watched every episode since 1963-present....took me a god damn while to find them on the internet, anyway this is beautiful it looks just like the description 10 gave
