I don't think pinnace's are ACTUALLY bigge ron the inside but they cwertainly can seem so, so the shot from Crusade can't really be taken as fact.

OK, I have to say it. The view-screen, is to high up.
Technomage ships are about 30 meters wide from left wing-point, to right wing-point, that means that the ship would be about 12 to 15 meters tall. So judging from the only interior shot from the entire fictional universe (Crusade episode; The Path of Sorrows) the view-screen on your model is taller than Galen himself.
I'm sorry if i p***ed you off or anything, I just mean to help.
And that probably made me sound like an absolute jack-hole, sorry.

When I make it 30 wide, it is just 7m tall. Maybe it is bigger on the inside than out.

I just made it the same way as on the screens.
